I love sugar gliders....except as pets. My boyfriend's sister has two of them, and the entire room they're in smells of urine and sugar glider nesting crap.

It has to do with maternity care in America today. It's supposed to look absurd and vulgar. But I wouldn't really say "disgusting". It's not like there's a baby's head crowning or anything.
You can't even see her vagina. I originally was going to show the vagina as well, but the stomach hides it. Now that I see it like this I think it's better this way anyway. No need for nudity, really. That's why I left her top on. The piece says enough without her also being completely naked. She's vulnerable enough.
