Onder's chilli (*21.1.2014)

How cold is it there at night? I recently put mine outside and they're doing ok. Probably a lot warmer here though. They're not as big as yours but I started them later.

At night there's about 10C according to the weather reports. I think they would survive on the balcony 24/7 at this point but I'm also scared of wind, pests, and shitty city air.

Pictures from yesterday. Katie is a girly girl female woman. Started showing these alien pistols and I immediately took some naughty pics. It's like watching a russian meth addict's vagina on pornhub except this is like, all green and shit. She's barely eighteen too. Two pistols per preflower here they are bow down.

I'll just leave her grow whatever she wants. I'm not a vietnamese producer to boost her with 600W or anything. Just chill out girl.

So yeah. In five days it will be four months since I planted the chillies. According to the seed distro the Cayenne should be 41-60cm high and it is 60 already. The Takanotsume one is about the same and it should be like 50cm. The two Zimbabwe Birds I replanted in one pot won't grow much bigger either and I left the other two in small pots so they are smaller. Two days back was the last time I pinched the flowerbuds off. Now I'll let them bloom. I should smash them with a different fertilizer (more P and K) on sunday or so but I don't have it and I would have to buy it tomorrow. Hm. I know which one though.

Yeah I won't cook snails even though we have plenty around our cottage garden.

EDIT: It's hard to take pictures of the things because they're small little shits but here's one. There's about 50 of those on the Zimbabwe double plant and about 10 on each of the other plants.

Alright megafags. Behold the view of the reproduction utilities. Unlike your mother's, those are appealing to the eye of a stranger. The cute in botanycute. This is not the end of Onder species.

^I feel your pain as a fellow gardener.

I went on a similar cussing spree when a family of gophers decided to eat every fucking lettuce plant i had this spring.

So I put this one invaded plant to my room so the bugs don't spread on the others and I bought some insect killing agent that I got recommended. The organic way would be to cook some tobacco infusion from cigs and shit. The old fucking way but that would smell like shit in the whole apartment and it would take longer to get rid of them pieces of fuck.

So I said whatever and followed all the instructions of my friends and fellow chilli-growers and bought something called Mopsilan. Prepared the thing and sprayed the plant. In two hours there was a pile of insect corpses under the pot. They just fell on the ground eradicated. I think this thing was agent orange or Yperit or something. Well this was the fast way that's clear.

So this the Cayenne plant that got infected and defended yesterday. It's now in my room so you can also see the view from my room. The graffitis on the houses in my methtrade metropolis. I was sending this picture to the guy who recommended me Mopsilan and who also provided the seeds for me.

I've just repotted 10 scotch bonnet plants in the last week, I'd guess they're probably about 3 months along now, would you say that some kind of plant food is essential? I've never used it before, but then I've never grown peppers before either.

Oh cool I want to try some hotter varieties next year too. Pics and experiences welcome in this thread tbh! I'm myself learning just about every day.

From what I know everyone uses some kind of fertilizers, yeah. I chose a pre-fertilized substrate (5-6 weeks of nutrition) and then started feeding them a pepper/tomato fertilizer each week. Their leaves start to be all bulging if you do that too much so beware of that too. The liquid thing I bought was very cheap so there's no problem with that.

I also plan to stop doing that about 14-20 days before I'm about to harvest the few peppers that I'm going to have because they say you can taste the fertilizers in the peppers if you don't. Weed growers even "flush" the plants about a month before harvest by pouring a larger amount of water through the pots but that might hurt peppers imo because they are prone to overwatering.

On topic, pictures from this morning. I counted 8 flowers that are definitely sexed. here are two where you can already see the fruit.

Sure, I'll put some pictures up when I get a chance. I'm certainly not an expert, just picket it up this year really, I've had a small Apache plant for about a year now but this is my first year of trying to grow them from seed.

I tried growing Garlic which failed entirely, I've got 4 tomato plants which have got pretty big but haven't actually got any fruit coming yet, although they do have some flowers at the moment. I planted quite a few Jalapenos but put off replanting them for too long and they've suffered and probably won't make it.

Anyway, I'll whack some photos up when I can :)

I'm kinda pissed off but I also have some good news. I'm pissed off because the plants in the living room don't make peppers and instead the flowers fucking fall off. I looked it up and there are several possible reasons and it's pretty much impossible to determine where exactly is the problem.

The insect cunts appeared again in the Cayenne plant so I cut off the infested leaves, sprayed the plant again and took some pictures of the peppers. Nothing ever fucking goes without a problem. But I'll be much more experienced next year.

May I present some fresh images of the current state of my precious life forms.

Even the Takanotsume bitches in the living room decided to start producing pepperz. Proof is to be seen just below these words:

The Jalapeňo ho decided to make just one but let's not be unreasonable. It's a little chunky fella indeed as can be seen on the following depiction of reality:

And finally sum more Cayennes. That one is in my room and has about 20 that should start turning yellow soonish.

Will be back again in a week or so.

EDIT: The black dots on the last one is not crude oil, I think it's fly shit.

Nice those must be loving it, they are growing so fast
How big has Kate gotten?

I guess if the peppers that are already on the plants go yellow/red soon it should all go fine and I should have about 20 of them at least.

Not much bigger than she used to be. LIke 20cm I'd say. However I really don't know what I'm supposed to do with her so I just let her grow and chill out. I don't care much about what she gives me either, so...
