Post the last film you watched and rate it out of 10!

Cloverfield.
1/10

Close to being the worst movie i have ever seen in my entire life, the only one that actually sucks harder is the "Blair Witch Project".. I really dont know what else to say?
.. Its just sad to see such a good idea for a movie go down the drain. :erk:

i dont like you anymore :(

Brüno : 8.5/10

Probably won't grow on me as much as Borat, but I preferred it initially.
I saw Borat about 8 times though :/

I thought Cloverfield was a cool flick, but yeah some of these movies with the shaky "amateur" camera footage..... it can get kind of annoying.

cloverfield and blair witch are the only films that ever got away with it.
the whole idea behind cloverfield being filmed by the youtube generation, seeing other people going around with cameras filming it all, it felt so perfect to me. sure there's the whole battery plothole, but who gives a fuck? its got its heart in the right place.

8 mile - 7.5/10
i love that movie, fuck the haters. the numerous rap battle scenes are pretty much orgasmic.

My Sister's Keeper - 9/10 - powerful movie, Diaz was shadowed by the young actors.

Grindhouse - 7/10 - Cheesy stories, Tarantino's dialogue in Death Proof is great as ever (if maybe just a little drawn out), good songs to fit the films. Planet Terror made me realize that Rose McGowan is worth a tap or two.

Irreversible - 9/10 - A must-watch film experience. Monica Bellucci can act after all. Check this one out if you're into disturbing movies, artistically directed.

i switched off death proof about half an hour in, and i never turn off a film before its finished, ever. it was that bad :(

Yes man. 7/10

The movie was alright. Had some funny bits.

I watched 2 days ago. Some parts really made laugh very very much. I hadn't laughed like that for a long time.

I'd put a 8/10. The end was a bit crappy.

It's funny how basically we watched very similar movies.

The new Harry Potter,

4/10, was pretty bad imo. There was just no story, just random scenes....extremely little action, and far too cheesy teen love bullshit.

:(

But really, if i want to see a movie with a shaky unfocused camera, il watch some amateur porn! :headbang:

I think the idea was good but the movie is full of "american" cliche'.
Really...who is the crazy guy that film all those things with a monster over his head?
And, the jump between the 2 buildings? And the helicopter that fall down from 100meters and they come out without a single injurie?
There are many many movies like this one.....good ideas but with some very bad cliche' that ruin the movie.
Probably it would be more believable if, instead of a stupid camera, it was a first person view.
Anyway, at theater it was good....watching it in a tv it's not the same.

Hangover 8/10 -superfunny!!!!
Batman the dark night 10/10 -one of the most perfect movies in the last 5 years!!!
The strangers 6/10 -super evil, terror horror + one of the best sound-designs -fucked up story with a lot of strange actions...
Terminator 4 7,5/10 nothing tops T2 for me!!!!!but better then T3
