Can someone explain to a poor, stupid sole how to attach the pic's into this? I've tried everything and can't get it to work. (Yes, I'm admitting my ignorance, but I have some of my long haired pics that need to see the light of day. Maybe just to exorcise my demons so I can let go!)

first, upload the pic to a hosting website, such as http://imageshack.us/
Then, copy the url... and in the post window on this forum, click the button on tool bar that looks like a picture, paste the url in there
