Hahaha! I'd like to apply, in all honesty. But it all depends on how active the band is going to be when I can't get the time off...not that I'd probably get it, anyway!
I wish circumstances allowed me to go for this at the moment. Not that I'm quite up to the prodigy standards of Ben.
When can we expect the announcement of the new singer? Prior to the album recording presumably?

Sometime in April for the singer.....a few things to sort out first on that front.
As for the guitarist.......being a prodigy is all well and good but there's more to being in a band than that of course.

My main problem lies in the actual recording of a demo of any sorts...I don't have the facilities to do so.
What about some free software like Audacity? If you don't have a mic, I'm sure some quality modelling software is er... available from certain sources.
Make a backing track in guitar pro. Import midi. Play on it. Sorted.

i sure hope zp is joining power quest, he sang with your guys before and i though it sounder really good! as fas as the guitarist goes make sure you get someone who i actually good! get sam to come back XD jk jk you could do only guest appearances for the guitars and if you don't get along that well it will be okay 'cause they wont be doing much.

Still have the problem of actually inputting in the first place...I'll discuss this with you on MSN sometime or something.
Don't worry....this hasn't affected the album schedule as neither Pete nor Ben were involved with any of the new material
As it says at the top of the thread......anyone one wishing apply can email biog and links to audio and video examples of your playing. After April 10th I will be choosing a small number of people from the applications to come for an audition where I will ask you to learn 3 specific PQ songs and half the guitar solos.

.... i made that video ages ago in like 2-3 take, mostly while reading from the tab while playing as I didn't bother to learn it fully
