I'd be very interested in an Åkerfeldt sig PRS guitar. Would have to save up cash for a few years probably, but I'm sure it would sound amazing and look beautiful.

...yes, I'll join the queue. The SE models are very reasonably priced though so if people are serious about buying one, those should be within reach. I've got an SE singlecut which was around £350, and I think you can get the COF one for around £500. It's the USA models that are £1500 up...

I've often thought that Mike deserves a signature model with PRS, even if I will never buy it.

Piezo pickups make sense though (they go in the bridge itself, and when activated replicate the sound/timbre of an acoustic guitar... or at least the one's in Petrucci's guitar do), and I'm sure it would be a fucking good guitar, but PRS' standard models are way too pricey for me, so a signature model would be ridiculous.

Congrats if it happens though.
