Yeah Splinter was, but I saw them on that tour so I still love it! I miss The Offspring, in the good old days.

On topic though, I recommend High on Fire! Incredibly awesome band fronted by Sleep's Matt Pike. Only just getting into them now surprisingly. They've influenced Mastodon and the guys actually met at a High on Fire concert, so if you like Mastodon definitely check HoF out. I've only just started to get into them and bought their latest album Death Is This Communion a couple days ago, but from what I've heard so far, fucking great.
