I need the recommenders to recommend me something that has immense replay value - and by that I don't mean an album that'll take you 10 listens just to get into, thereby making it an album with longevity. I want something that lasts and lasts and lasts...
I mean, the most replay I've ever got out of an album is probably high 30-40 listens, and most people find that laughable, but that's just how I am. It's kinda sad that you have to say goodbye to your facourite albums after so few listens, but anyways.
The most replay I've ever got out of a metal album (and it's still going strong) is probably 20 listens and that's out of All Shall Perish's The Price of Existance. Other worthy mentions - Death's last two albums, Behemoth's Demigod, Phlebotomized's Immense Intense Suspence, Symbyosis's lastest, Sceptic's first two, Glory Blister's first, and Lykathea Aflame's album, amongst others.
Anyways, hope I get some replies I don't really mind the genre, but death metal is obviously my favourite. Anyways, cheers.
