If Helloween isn't worthy surely no other German power metal (aside from obviously Blind Guardian) will survive, and if Queensryche, Metal Church, Manowar, and Savatage are considered second-rate I don't know what else there is aside from more Maiden/Priest. Are Restless & Wild, Lightning to the Nations, or Angel Witch's S/T acceptable?
