Like I said, the reviewer must listen to Emo stuff At least you didn't get called a 'fan boy'. As much as I love Power Quest, I cannot stand being called a 'fan girl'. Sorry 1928...

I was agreeing with you. What I was saying that when I first read your post, it sounded very fangirlish because of how defensive you were of PQ - then I read the review, and I completely agreed with you.

too happy? it's power metal! not death metal! i have yet to buy this album (therfore i have yet to listen to most of it) but i never thought i would hear power quest compared to blink 182... i listen to them every day. and have never once even SLIGHTLY compared PQ to Blink. that reviewer doesn't know what the heck he's talking about.

At the end of the day it's only an opinion... nothing to get upset about. It did make me chuckle when I read about the Blink 182 comparison and to be honest that riff could probably be used in a pop punk song, but we just metalized it up

I seem to remember from the MoI Review thread there was a chart showing all the review scores on... may get round to compiling that sometime soon if I can find time, would be interesting to see how they compare!

Hm. Well, no chart, but I've painstakingly gone through all the reviews posted in this thread that have a rating - and compiled them all into one big list. Apologies for any minor maths errors when converting things into a score /100.
