THE...NEW....NEVERMORE...

haha! is that a question? i'll answer: because you consistently make statements and assumption based solely on laugh- or argument-potential but don't bother to offer any thoughtful insight into your opinions. generally, when someone makes a blanket statement, other posters want to hear some reasons. you never offer any. i don't care; i'm just answering the question.

ahhh, yes, i remember the MAYH debacle. i didn't read it though. i figured you were joking.

The new Nevermore is one of their heaviest albums to date. While the band is always melodic...this is one of their least melodic albums. It's very fast and angry...and more complex. More riffs in the songs this time around, the previous albums for the most part had just normal song structures. This was basically all out metal. I love it...alot of ripping guitar solos...jeff I swear shows more of his talent with each release. However, I would have to say that Dead heart in a dead world is his best all around album that shows what he's capable of technically and emotionally. I like this new record alot, and it shows that nevermore imo dosen't make the same release over and over. Sure they consistantly make heavy metal releases, but they all have something different about them...different moods...it's great how Nevermore always has the same people (except constant 2nd guitarist changes) because they're like a family and share the same feelings and emotions. The music really seems to work out because the band members colaborate well and help each other out. Nevermore are gods...face it. Them and Opeth for 2005.

Nevermore are Children Of Bodom wannabes.

now this is what everyone is talking about when they say you are one of the worst posters, eh? you gotta stop this kind of bullshit unless you like being the things they call you.

i mean i cant even decipher if you're being serious or sarcastic. it's THAT bad!

Since the .mov file of recording sessions, I've loved that riff from "Psalm of Lydia".

Could someone tab the riff @ 1:26->
I've been trying to tab that but couldn't get it sound right.

You obviously don't hear that single hit on D#m chord, you should look the nevermore.mov from andysneap's website. There you could clearly see it.
