Just finished listening to Iron Maiden's Seventh Son of A Seventh Son album.

"Enemies of Reality" is a fucking sick song...my version got cut off, cause I got DSM/495 from the Nevermore board to send it to me but his net connection got lost. But a little under 5 minutes is enough to know it rocks.

NP: A mix of various cool, mostly death metal shit from my band's singer...currently on Death's "Spirit Crusher." Chuck Schuldiner...what a genius, God (or whoever) rest him.

Next: Not sure. Probably Dismember's Death Metal...or maybe Queensrÿche's Empire. It's weird when you can't decide between brutal, thrash-based death metal with wailing sonic-assault leads and violent pagan lyrics, and radio-oriented prog-based metal with touches of glam and a lyrical obsession with romance. Maybe I'll just listen to Overkill...it's what I always do when I'm confused.
