The recommendation thread.

Änglagård is really fantastic. But it tends to be music for musicians.
I'm lucky, and have the two albums and the live album.
You should give Landberk a go. Try their album "Indian Summer"

I still can't find Epilog, but I think Hybris isn't that difficult to find, If I could get it in Argentina you people that live closer to sweden should finf it easly.

As for Landberk I would recommend starting with Riktigt Äkta and leaving Indian Summer for the end

Divatkreació, i'd strongly recommend Taint.

they are band from South Wales. they've been making their The Ruin OF Nova Roma debut for eleven (!) years.

i'm aware there is a lot Neurosis second rate rip off bands these days, but Taint are fortunately not one of them. there is a couple of Souls At Zero/Through Silver In Blood influences here and there, but also Clutch, Helmet etc.

a very good listen.

here are some links to check out the songs:

I'm at the 3rd song into Hybris now, pretty interesting stuff, not sure if I'll 'fall' for it yet, but I haven't felt the urge to switch it off yet :) It reminds me a bit of Winds from Norway, check them out if you haven't already (www.winds.ws & www.myspace.com/windsrocks).

wes borland's new stuff Black Light Burns is pretty good.He sings and plays guitar and writes all the stuff.I had never heard him sing, but he's good,he sounds a lot like Trent Reznor actually the music also is a bit similar. So try it.

Whoa man you beat me to it. Was just about to post this. Some parts Remind me a bit of trent as well. He as danny lohner and josh freese in it as well so that alone is reason enough to check em out. Cd Comes out this tues. Not really sure what to think about this yet. Lyrics are retarded, and nothing has impressed me, some parts are questionable, but there are some cool parts too so far.
