The return of the "How are you today?" thread

My workouts have been lazy too lately. I was out till 3 at Nevermore's show and i tried to do workout today but I was too fucken tired. Feels bad man.

if I were you I would not focus on either lifting or cardio more than the other, balance it out.

It depends on your body type and what your goal is.

If you're thin and have trouble putting on mass do more bodybuilding.

If your metabolism is a bit slow, you put on fat easily and want to 'cut up' do more cardio.

If you're doing actual weightlifting (olympic style) and are competing to lift more then do less cardio and more anaerobic training.

Nutrition is just as important.

erm... i'll think about it... :loco:

the thing is, A or B-cups don't even need a bra, so why should they be offered? :p, whilest other women need to go up to the 'odd' sizes just because the majority of women have a 'lack of rack'
moreover, when having a >_> curvier figure in that area <_< you're assumed to be fat and thus have a large backsize... /rant

any other women having this problem? :/ i'm looking at you, crabbycakes!?

Not necessarily.... I agree that women with tiny boobs don't need bras, but most of those women I know are ashamed of having small boobs so wearing a bra (a padded bra most of the time) makes them feel more feminine, more desireable. But whatever, some guys like tiny boobs.

And as for the fat thing, I'm not really sure, I guess it really depends on the girl's shape, cuz we're all made differently, one girl could have a normal figure, like 36 of chest size, 28 of waist 36 of tighs, and she would be considered perfectly normal, while another girl could be overweight, have 36 of chest size, 46 of waist and 42 of tighs... you can't tell if a girl is fat just by looking at her bra size, unless her chest is like 50 or something.

But it is possible, I know one store here in Quebec that sells lingerie and I picked up my regular size and it seemed so small, so I asked the girl from the store about it and she said that their bra's are so small that you had to buy a size up, and I'm not talking about chest size, but cup size here. I ended up buying two cup sizes up, same chest measurement in inches. It's a bit ridiculous, you'd think A, B, C, D and DD would be standard... I guess it was to make those A and B cup girls feel better about their lack of cleavage.

Vanity sizing is particularly common with women's clothing here in Aus.

Also a decade ago a large mens T-shirt here was smaller than it is today.

Then there is clothing for metrosexuals, a large shirt for some reason will be tiny and they don't make extra large. I guess the designer doesn't want fat guys to wear his designs.

I actually think it depends more on the constitution of your body than on just separate areas of it. I mean, of course, there are those fucking lucky girls who deserve to be shot, having a massive bust (or well not really, massive as in fatass huge ain't too cool either, I'd still wanna be able to sleep on my tummy and I don't wanna have my tits hanging down to my knees after 5 months of pregnancy, thankyouverymuch) while still having an awesome tiny waist, normal hips and a half - pornographic bum. But most girls I know either have a bonier physique, large shoulders, big pelvis and hips and all PLUS BOOBS, aka Kim Kardashian either have more of catwalk model-y figure, as in, not Victoria's Secret, but catwalk-catwalk, flat abs, non-pornographic hips and bum, MINUS boobs, aka Kate Moss. But I wouldn't go like YOU HAVE BIG BOOBS ==> YOU ARE FAT, because most times, there's an overall balance in one's physique and proportion's all that matters, in the end.

Also, I DO want big boobs, but I'll pass on the big bum, but I like category 1 better, cause the grass is always greener on the other side. :bah: So shadap and like your boobs, even with the "side effects".

Are you coming on to me?
it depends... is it working? :Smokin:

Well i agree, I meant more the upperbody area, the backsize(?)

I'll put it this way: how far up do sizes go when your backsize is 70cm (28inch)? not too far, unless you buy on the internet, which is tricky, because you can't fit :/. i found some specialised American stores as well... just great...

i agree that it's all about proportions, but if you fall out of that category slightly, which i assume many women do, what have you got to wear?
i feel kinda stupid putting this on a metal forum... :/

^ Ah, hmm, I think I don't really know what you mean by "backsize". As in, right under the bust? OVER the bust? :err: My neuron is tired today. But oh well, I suppose if you don't already have a brand or some store you usually get stuff from and it works, you can always get one of those un-wired, non-push up things that I don't know they're called in English. Like this: http://www.e-lenjerie.ro/pics/large/1546_736_9_max.jpg And apparently they're also much healthier for the breast tissue since they decrease the risk of developing nodules in the lower side and I think they're much more comfortable too. :)

/edit: Apparently they're called "bralettes".

Sagging tits will happen regardless, you lose skin elasticity with age.

I think it was a Playboy photographer who said if the girl is over 22 it's best to have them pose with arms raised.

Well, that might be true for bigger sized tits, but still, don't tell me a girl with A or B boobs will end up with saggy tits at 23. They're not big enough to actually fall down.

Went to see Buried today. It is awesome. You should all see it.

inb4 "IT'S 90 MINUTES OF RYAN REYNOLDS IN A BOX, GAY"

No. It's awesome.

True, it was his experience so 22 may not be a figure set in stone for every girl and the difference is probably unnoticeable in most at 23 but 'gravity' will affect all of us in old age.

As for the pregnancy example, there are different factors involved, genetics being the main one, diet, exercise, environment etc. will determine whether some women regain their former physique.

Stay away from ciggies too - so damaging to the skin.

Of course it will, I never claimed a naturally thin body would provide eternally young and toned skin and tissues. Only that, like jmbullet said, it might be easier for 'gravity' to affect things that are actually "prone" to that. :p

Yeah, well, about pregnancy, I've mainly heard two situations:
1. Boobs grow during pregnancy -> get saggy a while after childbirth.
2. Boobs grow during pregnancy -> remain "pumped" for a longish while.

I guess it's a matter of genetics AND chance. :Spin:
Also, skin damage would be the last thing I'd worry about if I smoked.

I like how you got butthurt and defensive before anyone even said anything, deep down you think its stupid
No, but knowing how this forum works I thought a bit more and It would have resulted in pointless posts because they misinterpreted it
 I also love "THE OTHER GUYS GOT IT TOO SO IT'S OK"

Well, that was kind of one of the cool things we 4 guys got the same tattoo. I feel more excited about the sleeve im gonna get done though.

And now my neck feels a bit stiff and it feels a bit annoying when its started healing
