Cows are nice and all but I tend to dislike them when I'm out walking; it's not possible for me to tell from a distance if the cows inside a compund I may have to pass through are docile young females or young bulls. I've been actually been chased once by a group of bulls which was a somewhat unpleasant experience -- though pretty comical in hind sight I guess

I might have to send it back though because there's a tiny, tiny, barely visible hairline crack in the headstock. I'll get the opinions of my neighbour (a very experienced musician) and old flamenco instructor first.

Today I went out to play with my new camera and photographed some of the denizens of the park close to my house:

It's a Nikon D50 (with a Sigma 17-70mm (2.8-4.5) lens) and I think that camera and I will have a lot of fun this summer
