The first time I've ever sworn in front of my mother was tonight after screwing something up in GTA IV. I spun out in the middle of a race and instinctively started yelling "SHIT, SHIT, SHIT!". I had no idea she was right behind me, awkwardly funny to say the least.

In other words, I swear all the time at the most insignificant of things while playing games.

Same. We say "shit" more than any other cuss word. As for "fuck" that's kind of taboo unless taken out of context, like when telling a joke or quoting something/someone.
