I know how to spell it, but I always mispell it anyway. I think it's because whenever I say it I usually exaggerate "reee-diculous" so then thats how I type it when I am not thinking about it.

You umm... set the volume to an acceptable level during the action scenes, and turn the subtitles on so that when the characters are speaking in hushed voices you don't have to hear them to know what they're saying.
