If you know how much later you want it, click anywhere on the track, hit the "Home" button on your keyboard to go all the way to the beginning of the track. Then go to "Generate" up top and click 'Silence'...generate as much silence as it will take to get it to line up where you want it. Trim it if it doesn't work exactly.
