99% of the time, yes, absolutely. Depends on the level of grind present in the deathgrind, but yeah, almost certainly.
There's almost too much to choose from. Atmosludge/post-metal, pornogrind, folk metal, viking metal, symphoblack, depressoblack, and atmoblack are all basically universally garbage.
I understand the other ones, but folk/viking metal?? I have trouble imagining someone who would consider Bathory, Eluveite, or Wolfchant garbage...that said some folk metal is cringy, especially the newer stuff.
Yeah, probably.Maybe he has heard the wrong stuff. I'd take a lot of black metal over a Leprous album.
