Also, I never claimed to be a badass. I just said I dislike people telling me what to do with my hair, and I respond to threats to cut my hair to cut them back where it won't grow back. Which isn't neccesarily a sincere threat, but considering how cold I am with people I dislike people tend to think I'm a bit psychotic. Which I just don't correct them on.

Not everyone enjoys 'banter', so its best to keep it between people you know. Another problem is that some people don't like having things thrown back at them, and get angry even when they started it.
Personally I don't mind people insulting me. Hell, I do it to myself all the time. Really doesn't bother me. I just respond to threats in kind, just like anyone else would.
