I have an imported copy of it... the game was pure fucking awesome. Plus it had English voice acting in the original jap version (from what I understand, it was supposed to be released FIRST in america, but got killed off last minute).

I hear that all are top notch, but would kindly appreciate some RCers takes on the ins and outs.

COD:WOW is just COD4 but you're killing japs (and sometimes germans) with guns that don't have laser sights.

Left4Dead is the best multiplayer game released in years. Single player, it lacks.

MK Vs DC is crap.

Gears of War 2 is just Gears of War 1 with a new weapon or some shit. Wasn't a fan of the first, not gonna bother with the second after being told by many that it's pretty much the same fucking game.

Deadspace is excellent. Awesome story and some pretty cool survival horror gameplay.

Fallout 3 is immense... so much shit to do and such an open world to do it in.

Waiting for the PC version of Mirrors Edge to come out.

As for MK vs DC, I've always been a fan of the MK games and DC comics, but this game just didn't do it for me. Yeah, the fatalities are pretty cool, but the fighting itself is pretty crap. Save yourself the money and just watch this twice:



As for good shit, I haven't played too many games as of late that aren't Fallout or Far Cry 2. Both are top games for me. The new Tomb Raider isn't TOO bad. Kinda gets boring after a while though. Silent Hill Homecoming was half good and half bad. It would have something totally awesome for 10 minutes, then 10 minutes of boring... shame, used to be my favorite game series.

When I do chose to finish the game, my character should be lvl 983479 and have skill levels of 938794 and just megakick everyone's and everything's ass

Level cap bothered me at first, but then I replayed and I found out just how much fun it is to go through the game differently each time. Sure, the endings still pretty shitty regardless what ending you get, but the gameplay itself is awesome.

I'm still waiting for the modtools to come out so we can kill children... have a game saved with the world empty of everyone except children. I want EVERYONE gone.

That's one of the reasons why the PC version is better, you can fix that little problem by typing in a few commands.

Also, having OCD and playing Fallout 3 = pulling hair out.

Had no idea, what are those? If I get too anxious while you're asleep I'll google it but please do tell. Too bad that I've played quite a bit since then and done pretty much of the main storyline and such, so I've probably missed at least a few levels but that's life, eh... I don't suppose it works retroactively?

Right now it's done by this system:

Many peoples are disgusted by the reach of a maximum level ( level 20 ) in fallout 3.
So my friend and me discovered the link between all levels , so we can now calculate all the levels after the 20th ^^.
When you reach , for exemple , 32500 XP you can open the console ( the ~ boutton on your keyboard ) and enter advlevel
and your character will reach a new level ! You're now level 21 ! And you recieve the usual amount of skillpoints ^^.
I hope some guy with coder skill will mod fallout 3 to disable this "maximum level insanity" , this file is a tempory solution.

So yeah, you kinda have to pay attention to your experience, but it works. Someone's bound to come up with a bug free automatic system soon enough, just gotta wait a bit.
