Vilewoman's off-topic random retardation thread.

Just out of curiousity, why not in summer? For the Belgian ales, I mean.

Oh never in summer, due to the fact there's more pollen flying around, with wild yeast and bacteria.
Larger risk of getting infections.

I know brewers that brew all through summer, even home brewers, that seems to make out fine, I just don't risk it myself, too much work that goes into it to be having infections due to the season.

Yeah they got out the gate and were by the well house...which our 2 properties share a well and he kept tryin to say they were on his land..sokay his dog came up to my gate this evening and my roomie tazered him

Melting... its too hooooooot :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

And I had to share the plane with a group of 40 plus drunken morons going to a techno trance festival... Terrorists would have made better travel companions, tell ya!!

I'm confused, never realized vikings wore horned helmets.
Not to mention the flip-flops nad a confederate flag.

I must brush up on my history!

Swedish mid sumemr is over by the way, and it was a calm one.

Some bbq, a few beers, couple of movies and the company of a good friend.

Well, Gnoff, you'd be proud of me and "my" vikings. We raided the beer garden twice (and also the candy store -once) at the Scandinavian Midsummer Festival at the Cultural Centre here in Burnaby, British Columbia, this past weekend. I am still recovering from this weekend. We had some 7000 visitors come watch us last year, and I'm sure we had about the same this year. It was awesome!

Sounds excellent!

OK, so it's in Swedish and the song is sort of pop/rap, but it has a very important message:

For those that wish to learn more and perform an online translation, here's the lyrics:

GIVET!
BÄRS E PARTY, DYGNET RUNT!
BÄRS E LIVET, DET E GIVET!
BÄRS E PARTY,
DYGNET RUNT!
BÄRS E LIVET, DET E GIVET!
BÄRS E PARTY, DYGNET RUNT!

Odd info:

The bar they are in is called "7:ans Ölhall", located in Götebrog.

It's the only place in Sweden allowed to sell alcohol without having a kitchen and offering food.

Built in 1900 so probably the oldest bar in Sweden that has been active since opening.

On August 31 they celebrate their 109th anniversary.

thats a pretty cool song there Gnoff...when I am sober enough to find the translate button I will learn the words but I like the beat :D *ashamed of the fact that I do listen to some rap anyways*
