What makes you proud on your homecountry nd what not?

Ha Rue des Bouchers certainly isn't the place to go and eat! my brother is a chef and he worked there for some months. He left because he couldn't stand the filth. The stories I heard about the kitchen's in Rue des Bouchers... HORROR :ill:
 
Best ever nosh-up place is the Boulevard Of Broken Veins in the subway leading out the back of Basel train station. I think it's shut at the moment though, while they build a car park up top. Or try the Restaurant Schiff in Binningen.
