worst image/appearance for a band

also when band guys are fat it kind of pisses me off. rock dudes should always look like they're starving, cause they are starving.

not starving = fucking sellout.

Exactly, not starving = money = sold more than 10 albums = not tr00 enough to be good.

Um... Here in America the poor are usually obese because all they can afford is fast food like McDonalds and Burger King. It's the wealthy who are very thin here.

Well... To be honest, I completely agree with everything on that list with the exception of the Dimmu Borgir comments, and Cradle of Filth, love them or hate them, cannot be put on the same shit storm level of Darkthrone and Burzum... And Marduk slay, even if that album was boring

darkthrone is the greatest black metal band of all time. burzum is almost as good. most black metal band with clean production suck balls.

That's cool, although I totally disagree. I hate the raw stuff, unless its got some interesting shit behind it. The moody atmosphere of Darkthrone and Burzum bore me to death

raw production was one of things that made black metal great. the atmosphere made it even better.

Yeah, and I can see how you believethat... but it is just not interesting enough for me... Im a progressive metal fan for one thing, ands although metal does not have to be progressive at all, it has to have something to catch my attention, be it interesting and varied beats and riffs, nice leads, melody that is not just icy and cold, something... Old school black metal and Burzum's ambient stuff just doesn't do it for me

Yeah I used to think so too, and thats cool, no need to say sorry for your thoughts

I just love really skilled musicians, and something about the cheesiness appeals to me.. but it took me a long time to get into them so I totally see your point
