yet a band like five finger death punch is a try hard douche-metal band, you know.

It could be from any genre, too.

Such a gem that is unnoticed in the metal scene. It's really one of the best DM albums I've heard. The lyrics are beautiful, as is the music, and the musicianship is outstanding. It took me a few listens to process the album, but eventually it suddenly clicked. The last track is an 11 minute keyboard instrumental piece. Most people skip it, but I think it's worth a million listens.
