Exactly, it is a matter of taste. IMO, I think Labrie sounds better than Halford. Don't get me wrong, Halford IS a badass vocalist, but his techniques annoy me.

I don't think it's possible to say the WORST Metal band (it doesn't quite exist)... But a really NOT SO GOOD Metal band in my opinion would have to be...
Any "Nu-Metal" band, of course... And... Metallica.
