Took me 2 years to get my hair to where it is now, and that's about 4 inches passed my shoulders.

That's about how long mine is, and it took me 5 years.

2) Keep good care of that hair, have it cut and "evened out" regularly. Mine stopped growing after it reached certain length, because I didn't take care of it.

If I would go with this strategy, my hair would never grow long. My hairdresser just cuts off as much as my hair has grown I'd rather have long hair with dead ends than short healthy hair

But seriously, the best thing to do to speed up hairgrowth is to stop wanking and/or having sex. In that way, the energy you safe is used to grow your hair

Wash your hair often, I wash it everyday. It helps growing faster
And eating walnuts helps too, it helps my hair look more black, I'm Asian, haha I don't know what color is your hair
And you may want to cut your hair in the hot summer, just put off with it.
