LDC is great, but I think GIaA is better, IMO they're more "passionate".

Tourniquet is a thrash/tech band, I personally think they are up there with the big 4 of thrash if not better. All their lyrics pretty much deal with medical terms so you will learn stuff from that band that is very interesting. This band is also christian but don't let that discourage you, this band has an immense amount of talent and are very enjoyable.

God I love this band, one of the first to get me into metal actually.
