The lines at MDF were ridiculous indeed... It amused me while I drank my cold beer at the bar near by.

The lines were fucking huge like 50-100 people. I read on the SMN forums that if a bunch of people email the band for more shirts, they might reprint them since they've done that in the past for festival shirts.

I heard Asphyx is planning to print more t-shirts for people to purchase. The result of people emailing them asking for them. I'd like to get one.

I lucked out and found the Bolt Thrower merch earlier Friday afternoon. There was no line and plenty of goods at that time. It was all fairly inexpensive. I got the festival shirt and the wool hat with logo. I should have gotten the hoodie also. I went back for it a few hours later & everything was gone. The lines for the extra Bolt Thrower merch on Saturday was ridiculous. They only had limited sizes and choices compared to Friday.

MDF is probably one of the easiest fests to get to (just follow the smell of Baltimore, also by 3 major airports)
and cheap for the amount of great bands and party you get.

I had a good time there, didn't mind the town and the harbour is nice

also met lots of nice homeless negroes and the like
