well if anyone cares, i think i agree with a lot of people in saying AYDY is good but not as could as it could of been. i personly like the style i just think they should have made the song structure a little more intricate and not so much verse - pre chorus - chorus and then all that repeats. like hatebreeder for instance had verses and chruses but it also was more progressive and had more interludes and such. i dont like when u listen to a metal song and u remember the whole thing, i like when u listen to it a few times and still get surprised by some of the parts cause the structure makes it harder to memorize.

Bodom tried Experimenting with somthing different, writing similar stuff for 8 or so years can get tiring, and they wanted to do somthing different. amen on the dark tranquility part, never listened to hypocrisy, maybe i'll go check them out... same with amon amarth, and into eternity, and opeth, and so many other bands that are out... thats about the only reason i'm glad the metal scene is as big as it is... sure theres a lot of shit bands, but theres a lot of great bands that can still progress and wow me without dumbing down their material.

I HIGHLY recommend Hypocrisy. Check out The Final Chapter, Abducted and Virus. Those albums are so fucking good. The song "Roswell 47" is probably my favorite.
