Despite being a big fan of them from day one, I can understand why you feel about them the way you do. They're not doing anything new, but I think for what they do, they do it well. Albeit, Presence was their best release.

Alright, got AS's latest and Battle's Clarion and enjoying both, thanks for the advice there.
Now, if you could hit me with some knowledge, I seek guidance in checking out:
-Hate Forest
-Anything with vocals similar to Hate Forest
-Drudkh; specifically, is anything but BIOW and AA worth getting?
(Notice a pattern...?)
-Profanatica
-Empyrium, who are admittedly only kinda BM
-Behexen
-Glorior Belli (although I have heard rumors that they suck?)

Indeed! Noitatulen Vartija is one of my favourite pieces of Metal.
The only demo I've heard is The Nightwind Tunes and it's decent - certainly worth downloading if you liked the EP a lot - though it's not nearly as developed as Noitatulen Vartija.
