Black Metal.

Knew about it, but never heard, I'll listen to that soon.

i preferred shadow of the blue or medieval scream

the band is ok, but nothing special or essential. as long as you have some summoning and graveland albums, you're good and you've heard hellveto

I think it's a good mix of strong songwriting, interesting structures and great clear production. The dude really is no slouch though; everything is pretty much quality.

Sabbat from Japan are fucking great!! almost like a more evil Exciter or a thrashier Nunslaughter but with the songwritng ability of Destroyer666,fucking insane actually!! Fetishism,Karmagmassacre and The Dwelling(one awesome 60min song) all bloody rule

I've been listening to Altar of Plagues - Sol for the last couple of days, such a good listen. Sol is a short E.P. but they're strong musically. Alot of influence of Wolves in the Throne Room and even some influence from Negura Bunget.

I just gave Panzerfaust its first listen and I love it. But I still find it a very strange album, like they took Transilvanian Hunger, To Mega Therion and Det Som Engang Var and threw them into one bowl but not mixing them together.

haha, awesome description. Ya, it is a bit odd in that regard, but it is fucking great. The Hordes of Nebulah is such a fucking evil, awesome song.

That's honestly why it's so great. It was my first Darkthrone album and still remains either my first or second favorite (Under a Funeral Moon may be tied with it for first but it really depends on my mood). I'd also like to note that Panzerfaust contains Nocturno Culto's greatest vocal performance. Truly frightening stuff!
