Black Metal.

Can anyone reccomend be albums that sound similar too:

Emperor - In the Nightside Eclipse, ive yet to here another black metal album that pulls off the malevolent atmosphere as well as this, there must be some out there.

and

Ulver - Nattens Madrigal

Hmmm... to match 'In the Nighstide Eclipse' damn. I would just suggest in terms of symphonic Bm: Bishop Of Hexen, Opera IX, Kataxu, Gehenna, some Nokturnal Mortum, Limbonic Art, even some early Abigor and has some symphonic elements.

That album is amazing. If you like that you should also check out 'Anti - The Insignificance of life'. Good production too. Has anyone ever heard 'Negative Plane'?

Yes, I have and I love their album. The song writing and production are both great.

I have Zirnindu Sa, and its so full eerie hooks and the musicianship is also pretty damn good I admit. My favorite song is 'Church in Ruin' the organ interlude is awesome, I heard they use a real church organ too.

Setherial's "Nord" is pretty similar in style from what I remember. Most of their later records that I've heard are fairly different though (more blasting, similar to Dark Funeral maybe), so I wouldn't check out something else by them expecting to hear the Emperor influence.

^I really need to check out Setherial then, considering I enjoy early Emperor and Dark Funeral a lot.
What do yuo think of Carpathian Forest? I'm thinking about buying Morbid Fascination of Death despite having heard little of their material, but nsince I like Satyricon like black n roll and liked the stuff from CF on Black Metal Radio I'm strongly considering buying this.

I have limbonic art's Moon in the Scorpio, its good but i prefer Nightside Eclipse. Ive also got Nokturnal Mortem - 'to the gates..' and Abigor's - Nachthymnen/Orkblut on order. I will check the other bands out, any albums in particular?

Wow, I'm listening - for the first time - to the original release of Emperor's In The Nightside Eclipse instead of the remaster and I can honestly say that the album is so much better this way so far.
