The new austere is pretty solid. Its nothing new to my ears but worthy pickup.

I agree. I was hoping for a little better because I really liked the songs they had put up on myspace and those turned out to be the two best songs they had on the album. Still pretty good.

That Krallice album is pretty boring in my opinion. A Forest of Stars is actually from 2007.

Aorlhac's À la croisée des vents is a very good album from 2008 that will hardly get any attention.

They're both okay, but hardly essential, and sometimes just annoying. Proclamation is just an inferior version of Blasphemy, and Incriminated, when not being Hellhammer, just is not great at songwriting.
