Black Metal.

The wait for Paracletus is over. As expected, it's sure to divide people. But it does get rid of the problems Fas had and is far more coherent and far better.. I'm sure Mort Divine would even agree. No more ambient nonsense whatsoever.

Alot more melody and melancholy comes back into the fold.

@V5 : Maybe you were concerned about the lack of a totally new approach coming from the track "Devouring Famine" (after all, it is the song most stylistically similar to Fas and Chaining...) ... but believe me, there are plenty of surprises throughout the album, mostly having to do, again, with the melody usage. So essentially, Paracletus has its own sound, just like the other albums. And it has its own "feel" to it too, however vague that may sound.

I have a deep desire to go download it, it's already coming in the mail though.

edit: Just finished my first listen. Holy fuck, I don't think I've enjoyed an album this same way since The Chasm's latest (which wasn't that long ago). I'm going to let it rape my ear drums some more.
