Borknagar Benchpress

I've noticed that Asgeir is really worried about how people see his body.

Are you full of rippling muscles? If not, you're a little chubby for your height. ;)

I'm 5'8 157ish, but even though I've been working out 3-4 times a week I'm still pretty out of shape.
:lol: I'm not fat.:mad: If I was fat I wouldn't be exercising about everyday.:p
 
Actually he's fine. I was 178 at one point and I didn't look fat, and that's about 10-20 pounds overweight for my height (spent a goddamn entire summer sitting down reading for my exams... exercise bike and weight bench in my room solved that little problem). But I was not built... if you have muscles, even if you're not huge, you're going to weight more. I just prefer to be slender, so I like the 145-155 range, with a Kevin Garnett body, better. =) Not that I have it yet, but working on it...
 
^It's way too hard for me to stay that low, I think I'm in a good range now, I just want to bench more than I do, but 185 in regular sets of benching isn't bad.
