Death Metal

Yeah, you're right. i'm on the 6th track, some are more straightforward death metal and some melodic. Pretty good album so far but a bit samey to their last album.

To add to that, they've added a new, doomy element to their sound, specifically in No Honor In Death and Europa Burns. Also, their melodic songs definitely sound like something out of In Flames' mid-period works.

Yeah, the doom stuff is cool! Also, wtf at random Maiden part!

Hell yeah. :kickass:

Been listening to a lot of Darkness Eternal lately. Solo Death Metal from an ex-The Chasm member with noticeable influences from the group. All the albums are great, but Misanthropic Annihilation and Satanchrist definitely stand out. Highly recommended.

In-Quest is fantastic, their first 2 CDs (at LEAST) are mandatory listens for fans of progressive, epic, technical death metal. Absolutely godly.

Have you even heard the first two CDs? If not, seek them out or stop talking because they're COMPLETELY FUCKING DIFFERENT than the more recent material.
