For those who have not yet projected, this is something you want to do ..trust me, if at least to prove to yourself that it is a real experience. There are a lot of resources on the net with helpful tips and techniques .. and a guy by the name of Robert Monroe you really should read up on ..as he has done the most anyone has done in the field, and even started his own institude that is still going today.
