I finally finished the work of the song "The World has moved again" and I´m fucking proud to show you the 2 min solo section with lead contributions of Metaltastic, James "The_Shred" and Keregioz. Now we have 4 different sounding lead styles, played by 4 different sneapsters of 4 different countries

Yes, this is the solo section of the first song I wrote for the Dark Tower Project. I still don´t have a name for the project...this is not easy..I don´t wanna call it The dark tower project

Thanks a ton for posting this Felix, and it sounds fantastic! I know this is the ultimate cliche thing to say, but I do feel mine could come up ever so slightly, mostly cuz compared to the fullness of that final run you play with the neck pickup mine feels a little buried, but then again I'm used to listening to my version where I intentionally mixed it obnoxiously high, so hearing it at a reasonable volume will take some getting used to I guess James, I gotta be honest, the notes of that first real lick you play don't quite jive with me key-wise, but the rhythm and phrasing are great, and I really like the next (harmonized) lick and the effects on it (what exactly am I hearing FX wise, a phaser?), and I LOVE that ending ascending lick, damn - amazing resolution at the end And Felix and Kimon, you already know how much I dig yours!

Hey Marcus

I can push it a bit, no problem. I certainly tryed to set up the same level like for my solo.
Some other opinions would be not bad at all. It´s important for me that the mix is balanced well. In the end, it has to be perfectly.

About James solo..I first thought, wow this scales are a bit risky, but he played no single tone, what I´d say it sounds "wrong" or "to avoid"...still diatonic, but on the edge
I´m loving it, because it´s quite different to the other solos, especially scale wise.

Your Solo Marcus, sounds fantastic, kind of dreamlike. It fits perfectly to the dreamy choir in the background. Awesome technique as usual

Keregioz...just wow! The lead solo with the most spectacular licks in it. It was the right decicion to let him lead the solo section to the end.

I cannot say, I prefer one of the solos. Each one has its moments, what makes me just smile
