hey, i have a question. is there anyway you can hook up a cabinet to a combo?? i have a marshall valvestate combo, and tomorrow im going to an auction that has a marshall jcm900 1960 cab, if it doesnt get to high, i might get it. but i would only if theres anyways to hook it up to my valvestate??

Sell the Valvestate and get a top instead! Halfstack rocks!

Okay I just finished stringing it up an tuning it. And they play really nice, the gauge is 10 - 48:

E 0.10
B 0.14
G 0.20
D 0.28
A 0.38
E 0.48

So basically the gauge on each string (apart from high E) is slightly higher than a normal pack of D'Addario 10s. So it's kind of like a set of strings in between 10s and 11s. Good all rounders really. Also the bottom three strings are chrome silver instead of the usual slightly bronze colour.
