haha yeah, i saw them a couple weeks ago and it was super tight.

I am also going to kinda see the faceless, but decrepit birth > the faceless. anyday of tha week
 
yeah I dig the faceless, in fact I preordered PD two days ago, but I simply like DB more, the songs are more enjoyable to listen to and the solos are amazing, reminds me of the florida scene. i really like the fusion sound michael keene gets from his guitars in the faceless, but honestly their new stuff sounds like cynic with breakdowns and breeees :lol: I was kind of bummed with the production on the final tracks. I am REALLY disliking the new snare sound they have. and yes odious mortem pwns pregnant teens, cryptic implosion has been in my cd player for the past 6 months :kickass:

<--------Listening to the new Malmsteen album

It is pretty good. Sounds like every Malmsteen album made so far. Also sounds like it was recorded and produced in typical Yngwie fashion. I don't really like the production but the song content is what makes the songs in my opinion. The highlights for me really is Ripper Owens :p I'll be giving it more listens.
 
2nd Track - Damnation Game (Symphony X song title)
5th Track - The Four Horsemen (Metallica song title)
11th Track - 11th hour (Lamb of God song title)

@yngwie album: I think it's not shit and it's good to listen while you are doing other things but there's nothing really awesome and no i-have-to-play-this riffs about it.

That Jeff Loomis vid was fucking sweet. I love his playing style, reminds me of myself tbh, just not as good. I think I will listen to his solo album again in a few days because I only listened to it once and wasn't really paying attention.

Yeah I think he meant that as in "it reminds me of my playing, except mine isn't as good". Although with thats sentance it could go either way :p
