Here's a new thread.

I love Sriracha, but it's fucking difficult to pronounce.

What do you mean? It's easy peasy: /ʃriːˈrɑːtʃɑː/, according to Huy Fong Foods. So, that initial 'sr' cluster is actually pronounced like 'shred.' But I assume it must be something that occurs in the Vietnamese rendering of the word, because it comes from the town of Si Racha (only one R) in Thailand. I actually didn't know that until now.

I'm not a spic.

Sriracha is by far the best hot sauce on the market. Fuck tapatio and fuck tabasco.

I recently bought my first bottle after hearing everyone recommend it on here. It's good, but I think I like a good Mexican habanero sauce more. Tabasco also has its place, it goes great in food as a flavour enhancer and also is essential in a Bloody Mary.

To compare cock sauce to the Tex Mex hot sauces is akin to comparing the Lord of the Rings movies to Adventure Time. Do both have swords, magic, and epic quests? Sure. But they're not even playing anything close to the same field.

Is Sriracha tits and a half when it's applied liberally to a steaming hot bowl of drunken noodles? Absolutely, I don't think anyone would argue with you there. However, you'd best keep that shit away from my omelet, hash browns, pizza, huevos, enchiladas, or any greasy hangover cure.

Massive storms rip through central Illinois today. I'm sure you all heard. I live in Washington, IL and in Devonshire. Our house was about 2 blocks away from total devastation and destruction.
