Is Opeth the only Death Metal band you like?

I've been going off death metal a bit, but from time to time I like bands like Nile, Daath, earlier In Flames, etc. Morbid Angel aren't bad. But tbh Opeth are the only band using growls that I listen to a lot.

I don't really consider Opeth death metal, but to answer your question, no.
I am quite fond of Behemoth, Nile, Decapitated, and Death. That's about all the death metal I still listen to. I got tired of it but the aforementioned bands still have my heart.
And since you mention Morbid Angel, I'll share a story about Mikael and myself at the show in NY a few months ago:
Mikael: (talking about the Morningrise album and how he thought it was going to kick Morbid Angel's ass)
Me: MORBID ANGEL SUCKS!!
Mikael: ...they don't suck, man!
Okay maybe that isn't as exciting as I make it seem, but getting a response out of Mikael during shows is always fun!

In fact, the first time I heard Opeth was in 2001. Blackwater Park. I hated it, because I had a prejudice against growl vocals. But years after I tried again. It was hard, but now I love the band. And it is the only band with growls I can listen to.

There are shitloads. I suggest you begin at the creme de la creme with bands such as Killswitch Engage, Trivium, All That Remains and In Flames.
On a more serious note, there are a bunch of good bands that mix the two. Like In Mourning.

To name a few: Novembers Doom, Agalloch, Dark Tranquillity, Woods Of Ypres, Into Eternity, Thurisaz, Strapping Young Lad, and also basically every other metal-core band that I can't recommend.
Some as good as Opeth, some not so much. But there are about as many bands that use both styles as bands that use just one style.

@ Junges: I think the point is that it's fucking weird that opeth is the only one you know as there are dozens and dozens of metal bands who do that.. Meaning that you haven't really explored the specific genre that deep.
And oh yeah, I listen to lot of other death metal too. Gojira, Wintersun, Edge of Sanity and Cynic to name a few.

And what makes you think the old guys deserve more respect? Are you used to lick their balls? Such a childish mind....
If I don't know any other band that combines growl vocals and clean vocals, means that my knowledge in Death Metal is shallower. But you can't affirm that in general.
But you probably think this way:
"Oh, I know more bands than you, I have more knowledge. I am a better person."
I am not a metal fan. My interest lies in other genres. That's why I don't explore metal too much.
