Love: found time to play fallout 4 this weekend. Also found time to play guitar for the first time in months.
Hate: at the moment, not much, except for Donald Trump. Fuck that guy.

You know what though, apparently it's about right. 25% of your NET wage. Still, seems a lot!!!

Also, apparently the majority of it goes towards paying pensions. Which I totally support. Not that I'll ever have one myself... but, y'know, the older generations are deserving.

But yes, Keenan. I think we pay a lot of taxes here in the UK.

EDIT: One more thing I'd like to add, I do actually get paid a decent wage. And certainly wouldn't be complaining if I didn't live in London. But I do, and rent here is SO high - it's insane.

Hate: Wedding Drama...less than 60 days to the big day and it cant come soon enough. And I get to see Carcass and Slayer the following night.

Hate: all this hyping of "old school Death and thrash" on fagbook. I also see some stupid guys posting always the same shit again and again. I mean seriously I love that kind of music with passion but some bands just get hyped now no one gave a shit about 5 years ago or so when I started listening to this stuff. I always listen to stuff which comes from my mood and never cared what other people think or like and this is causing me problems too because everyone wants to recommend stuff. I just want to find music formyself alone!
It's just this always being true shit which sucks not that I basically listen to these bands too but Iam always open minded for other stuff aswell but i have the impression they are not.

Love: probably buying a new bass guitar soon. Can't wait..

Never understood why "open-minded" music dorks care about the whole true thing, if you don't want to be true don't be true. Who cares.

Yeah, I don't do the "elitist / true" thing. I dabbled with the idea in my earlier years of I guess what I'd call, metal discovery. But as I got older I not only discovered more and more underground gems which I loved, but also became more comfortable to admit I loved bigger, more mainstream bands too. Once you know it's more true to listen to whatever the fuck you like than solely listening to 'cult' bands it all becomes a lot more rewarding in my opinion.

For example some of these "true" metal heads may well be missing out on potentially enjoyable albums because they dismiss a band due to their look, time, reputation or popularity. I think that's pretty sad.
