NFL 2008

Ironically we were actually winning games when the drugs were prevalent (I don't remember a rape or murder issue though). Now with the exception of Pacman, we have a clean team and we can't figure out what it means to be consistant.

I'm sorry.. but aren't they 4-3... with losses at home to the less than average Cowboys and the overrated Falcons?
But you're right... they're the only team that can challenge Tennessee.
Fucking homers.

LOL You fucking hypocrite, you're always the one flaunting how amazing the Cowboys are when they're healthy, so fuck off. Apparently you're too stupid to know how many injuries they had to their defense or how two of their pro-bowl guards have been hurt? And that all of their injured starters are coming back after the bye?

 wtf happened. it's 31-14 now. i was gonna go watch the rest but i'm pretty sure the Titans have this game wrapped up. fuck the colts.

I watched the rest...its hard to turn away when the Coltsies are getting slammed.

@ Titan critics.
Screw the opponents records...any team has a chance on Sunday, especially this year. Jags, Vikings, Ravens, Colts, to name a few...you'd all be lying if you said at the start that these would be easy wins for the Titians. Its not the Titans fault that everyone is deciding to suck. They will play tougher games ahead but they deserve credit up to this point. Titans defense looks like the type of 'D' that wins ya Titles...we shall see?

As for my Pats...and @ the haters..
Up to this point, sitting at 5-2 is fuckin amazing, couldn't be happier!
I don't want to hear bitchin about injuries. When you lose an MVP type player and have a injured list with other key players thats growing daily. Then start the year with Cassell who has roamed the NFLs sidelines, but in-truth is only a very good High School / College backup QB at best. This, along with a defense that is now showing signs of life but has mainly underachieved. Say what ya will but take off the hater glasses...5-2 deserves some credit!

But the Cowboys are "less than average" thanks to key injuries sir. Play with backup secondary, backup QB, the best TE in the league not at 100%, and missing special teams aces and see how good any team in the league is.

The problem is that we didn't have too many injuries before the Arizona game... and we still sucked. We're not a very good football team this year, and we just looked good last year because of all of the close/fluke wins we had. We're a 9-7 or 10-6 team, who is not suffering though some injuries which will probably bring the record down to 8-8 or 9-7.

Also, it came out today that both Witten and Henry are doubtful this weekend. In other words Mike Jenkins, Orlando Scandrick, and Alan Ball will start this week...2 rookies and a guy from the practice squad. We were gifted a win from Tampa Bay (granted the defense played well), but New York won't be so forgiving.

It's pretty funny when a premiere player is lost due to injury (merriman) and a defense all but falls apart. And now the DC is fired? Wow, it's the same personnel they had last year, and the year before that who iirc, was labelled as one of the top defenses in the league. At least you all know that the injuries excuse isn't bullshit and really is a factor in how a team can play and jive together. Oh well, Ron Rivera is a good DC so it's not so bad.

Cottrell is an awful coordinator. I couldn't stand him while he was with the Jets. Rivera will be a major upgrade and will probably be the head coach next year if the Chargers miss the playoffs.

I hated him when he was with the Jets. He did have a good defense in Buffalo. Granted they couldn't win a championship.

Holy fuck, some good games today. Packers lost a disappointing game @ Tenn, but overall it was a great game. I'm not trying to sound like a homer but the Titans got lucky. Packers let 3 interceptions go right through their hands. I like the Packer's chances though, they almost beat the best team in the league.

Today was funny as shit.

How did the Lions, Chiefs, and Browns blow their leads haha, and AHAHAHA BENGALS BEAT THE JAGS!

Packers and Titans was the best game of the year so far, so good, just hard hitting, defensive ball with the possibility for either team to win at any time.
