400? Man, I have like, 40. I had potentially 60, but I threw some out because they weren't any good. Lol

Well....if you think that's long.....I finished my autobiography in song format. My goal was to write the most moving piece I've ever written, and also the longest (11 pages in microsoft word, 12 pt Times font), and still have it point to hope in Christ.

It’s You or death, Lord
Overlook what I’ve done wrong

[VI – Act 5: An Evening with the Devil Within]
Dwelling in the darkness
Hiding from the light
Waiting for the chance
To rise up and strike

Flaming swords descend
Frozen heart awaits
The war inside rages
Darkness hopes I’ll take its bait

Only God can save me from my mind

Please, fix what I’ve messed up.
Grant me humility in the future, to recognize that I need You in order to live.
Grant me patience, that I do not alienate those close to me with arrogance.
Grant me forgiveness, that I may not burn when I die, but instead reside with You, Father, in eternal paradise.

With the voices dark song

There seems no end to their midnight flight

And the worst is yet to come
So beat the midnight drum
Unleash the power of the night
The darkest rider's midnight flight

The shade of night is growing stronger

I race off the edge into more abyss
An endless loop of doom
What will come? What's come of this?
I'm trapped inside this room

[V- Self-Control]

I raise the sword

A child born from the lions den

Thanks man! Yes... It's a common theme for me. I have done some sci-fi ones also though. Only a couple. I write mine into a series then release them on a forum or something. 6-12 in a series. My latest series is called "Nightmare Come To Life". It's not yet released. I believe I've had like... 38-40 releases so far. All are pretty long and have a theme.
BTW your's are very biblical and quite refeshing.
 
Thanks.....I just try to write honestly. Christ's a big part of my life, so Scripture works its way in here and there ;)

I really like it. Also, the fact that it shows in your lyrics does show it's a major part of your life. Well... it should be. In fact it's our purpose. to give God glory that is.

Uhhh.....it's like, a month or so old, I think. Oh, the italics are spoken, not sang, if you coudn't tell, and it's in conversation/dialogue format....the one's with the hyphens are said by one person, the ones without are said by someone else. It makes sense to me :p

I agree. It does.
 
It's mostly pretty boring, but there are a few good ones. I'll pretty much stop watching if this guy gets voted off. He's an amazing singer and a lot of fun to watch.
