If you shoot someone that's not going to really matter. Some people think just because someone hits them or steals their wallet or breaks into their house they could just pull out a handgun and shoot them or something or maybe stab them. Maybe some states in the south. I really doubt majority of the states and world think like that.

The way Krig talks sometimes about handguns is gives me this idea he thinks like this. As much as someone deserves it why sacrifice your own freedom.

If someone attacked me on the street and I used more than needed force and witness reported it could be just as guitly as the criminal. The best thing I can think of would be to just try and leave a situation or run. People should not be carrying around handguns. I can see authority regardless some might being crooked.

I had to have 10 works documented in JPEG for my class tomorrow so I hurried up and tried to finish the painting i was working on as much as I could so I could document it. There are things i'm not done with yet, like her hand and the beer mug. And unfortunately the male figure had a terrible glare on him since he was either still wet and/or didn't have varnish on him yet. Damnit I hope she accepts it...

Try to have more light bounce off the wood panel behind the candle, and dim the shadow cast by the candle onto that panel as well, as it appears the candle's flame is not casting any light.

Aside from the stuff you mentioned yourself, I think it's a wonderful painting. Well done, yet again.

I don't really understand what you're saying... could you explain it further? I feel like the candle is putting forth light----You don't? Do you just think I should brighten around the flame more?

Also keep in mind the painting is much larger in person, it's weird to see it so small when in reality the figures are life-size.

I'm not sure why the candle is blowing to the people's right, is their wind blowing through the cabin? Or is it there to draw extra attention to detail.

I think the lighting given off was shown effectively because there is still a hint of being dimmed and apperently one candle isn't even lit.

edit: Unless there is intended to be other lights within the room, there's too much light reflecting of the mug.

^ Agreed. Had the US never embraced carrying arms, today, like we do here, the people would not have a requirement for it. Its a result of conditioning from having the right to bear arms for so long. imo, it should be removed from the constitution.
