The war in Iraq,etc.. is not pointless. Honestly these countries are lucky we have not used more force and ran them into the ground.

As for the political thing, it is ignorant to think the war in Iraq has helped America become safer. I had to argue for the war earlier this year in school, and all the arguments I found/used for it were correlations with no proof of causation.

We were right/had cause to go into Afghanistan, but not Iraq.
