it's kinda older, I'm a bit more cut now and I am currently training to get down to a very low body fat%
my arms are small as fuck (about 15.5 inches) but my legs and back are pretty awesome

Both are marked down by about $3 and I have had neither. The last bottle I bought was Ballantine's scotch, which at $15 was a poor choice. I would have been better off either dropping to the $8-10 range for Canadian Mist or Christian Brothers, or paying around $20-25 for a better quality Scotch or whiskey

how so??? my arms are pretty small (about 15.5 inches) but I'll get those to 18-19 inches over the next 2 or 3 years, everything else is proportional
I'll post front pics after I get my surgery done in 3 - 5 weeks (going in to see my surgeon on monday and then we will decide when to have surgery)
