First of all, that Swan Song 77 shirt is awful, because I've yet to meet an actual Zep fan wearing it. Zep, Floyd, The Doors, and The Dead have more posers than any other bands. I fucking hate it because Zeppelin is my favorite band.

I don't know why, but I always misinterpreted the lyrics in "Through the Looking Glass" for some reason. Examples are....

"The three to be crowned Queen" to me is "Dreamed to be prom queen"
"Scepter in hand" to me is "Sucker in hand"
"captures her prismatic eye" to me is "catches a prismic eye"
"waken the queen of Nevermore" to me is "making the queen of evermore"
"talking in riddles" to me is "don't need any reason"
"the queen and the rook" to me is "the queen and the reich" (this is the revelation I was most disappointed with as reich just sounds cooler and is a cool reference to another certain band )

WOW! Seriously, I originally thought ALL of those except "sucker in hand."

In the song Children of Bodom (self-titled), there's a part where they say "Unripe Vengeance!" and, to me, it always sounds like "Good Vibrations!"

This has bothered me for years.

Recently, I've thought about how useless stage names are. Not fake names like an alias or something or a clever nickname, but stage names like Zacky Vengeance. I didn't really think about it until I saw a Schecter add with Zacky Vengeance and Synister Gates of Avenged Sevenfold in the Guitar World '07 Guitar Buyer's Guide. And I said to myself "Stage names are fucking retarted."

heard someone say that the harsh/clean vocal combination is used too much. hate it when people say such general things are overused. HI EVERY BAND HAS A BASS PLAYER. ALL COPYCATS, TRY TO BE ORIGINAL PLS THX.

also hate it when people bitch about musical categorisation/genres too, it's very useful as long as you realise music isn't bound by it (which anyone with a clue should). especially those saying it should go completely. get f'ed. i don't want to sift through the Black, Death, Doom, Folk, Glam, Gothic, Grindcore, Industrial, Metalcore, Nu, Thrash and Speed to get to the Power, Progressive and Symphonic.
